MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Parties and Subject

This Membership Agreement has been entered into between Bosnalı Sabun Yağ ve Kimyevi Ürünler Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“SABUNAL”), the owner and operator of sabunal.com, and the user who registers as a member of sabunal.com (“Member”), for the purpose of determining the terms and conditions governing the use of membership services.

2. Membership

The Member agrees that the information provided when creating an account on sabunal.com is accurate, up to date, and belongs to the Member.

The membership account is personal to the Member. The Member is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the username, password, and other login credentials associated with the account. If the Member becomes aware of any unauthorized use of the account, the Member should notify SABUNAL.

Creating a membership account is free of charge. Membership enables the Member to use the membership services offered through sabunal.com.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Member

The Member agrees not to use sabunal.com in violation of applicable laws, generally accepted standards of conduct, or the rights of third parties.

The Member is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during membership and ordering processes. Any issues arising during ordering, delivery, or communication processes due to incorrect or incomplete information will be evaluated according to the circumstances of the relevant case.

The Member may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or engage in any activity that may disrupt the operation or compromise the security of the website.

4. Rights and Obligations of SABUNAL

SABUNAL takes reasonable technical and administrative measures to ensure the secure and proper operation of the website.

Access to certain parts of the website may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, or circumstances beyond SABUNAL's control.

SABUNAL may make changes to the content of the website, products, and services offered, provided that such changes do not violate applicable laws or the acquired rights of consumers.

5. Orders and Sales Transactions

Creating a membership account does not, by itself, constitute a sales transaction.

For purchases made through sabunal.com, the provisions of the relevant Preliminary Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement, return and withdrawal conditions, and other applicable terms shall apply separately.

Where the Member qualifies as a consumer, all rights arising from applicable consumer protection legislation remain reserved.

6. Protection of Personal Data

Members' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation and the principles set out in the relevant privacy and information notices.

Further information regarding the purposes for which personal data is processed, to whom and under what conditions it may be transferred, the methods used to collect personal data, and the rights of data subjects is provided separately in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

7. Commercial Electronic Communications

Creating a membership account does not automatically constitute consent to receive advertising or marketing communications.

Where consent is required for commercial electronic communications, the Member's consent shall be obtained separately. The Member may withdraw such consent in accordance with applicable legislation.

Mandatory service-related notifications concerning orders, deliveries, account security, and similar matters shall be evaluated separately in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, intellectual property rights relating to trademarks, logos, designs, texts, photographs, product images, and other content available on sabunal.com belong to SABUNAL or the respective rights holders.

Such content may not be unlawfully copied, reproduced, published, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the permission of the relevant rights holder.

9. Termination of Membership

The Member may request the closure of their membership account.

Termination of membership may not require the immediate deletion of transaction, order, invoice, or similar records that must be retained for certain periods under applicable legislation. Personal data may continue to be processed to the extent required by applicable laws and statutory retention obligations.

If SABUNAL determines that a membership account is being used unlawfully or improperly, SABUNAL may take necessary security measures and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate the membership.

10. Amendments to the Agreement

SABUNAL may amend this Membership Agreement due to changes in applicable legislation or the development of its services.

Where amendments materially affect the Member's rights, any notification and, where required, consent procedures prescribed by applicable legislation shall be followed.

11. Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

In consumer transactions, the consumer's rights of application and legal remedies under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and other applicable legislation remain reserved. The competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts shall be determined in accordance with applicable legislation.

12. Entry into Force

By completing the membership registration process, the Member declares that they have read and accepted this Membership Agreement electronically.

This Agreement enters into force upon the Member's electronic acceptance and remains effective until the membership is terminated, without prejudice to provisions which, by their nature, continue to apply after termination of the membership.
